Eventually, their luck will run out.

Bad Meets Trash

The Dolphins and Browns have been horrible and have done things on and off the field to make themselves look worse. Both Stefanski and McDaniels are in the hot seat—every win matters. Currently, Stefaski looks horrible for pushing Sanders down the depth chart and promoting Dillion Gabriel, who hasn't looked good, and then trading Flacco, who immediately beat a division rival with an excellent performance. McDaniel seems to have no control over his team and has given no reason to believe that this year or next year will be different. Perception needs to change for one of these coaches.

Wentz Returns

Jalen Hurts and the Eagles are struggling, and just as they are being picked apart, Carson Wentz returns to face the Eagles, who traded him. He hasn't come alone either. He's bringing a coach of the year, an all-star cast of weapons, and one of the best and most confusing defenses in the league. Carson and Jalen have only played once when Wentz was with the Commanders, and Jalen embarrassed him. Can Carson embarrass Jalen and reclaim his career from the man who took it, or will Jalen rise at Carson's expense once again?

The Patriots are rolling. They have finally climbed to the top of the AFC East, but it's only week 7, they haven't won anything yet. How will the Patriots handle being on top? Can they stay on top as the hunted? This game may seem like a layup, but it's not. The Titans have just fired their coach. They are going to get a spark. There is gonna be a belief in that locker room that they are starting over and everything will be good now. All of that is predicated on beating the Patriots, who have no idea what to expect.

But the Patriots will also have a spark of their own. The new coach, Mike Vrabel, was fired from the Titans. They said Vrabel was washed and kicked him to the curb for a guy they just fired. Now would be the perfect time for Vrabel to come back to town and kick them while they are down with his new first-place team.
