Power Rankings 2025 Week 7

10. Steelers

The Steelers took a loss this week in a game they should have won. Their offense is playing really well but the defense which is supposed to be the strength of the team has been awful. The Steelers are obviously still in a good spot but their bubble could be burtsting soon of their defense doesn't pull a 180.

9. Seahawks

The Seahawks got a good win over the Texans showing their defense is a nightmare to deal with. The seahawks also have one of the best offensive attacks in the league. Nobody is stopping Smith Njigba right now. The Seahawks are very much still in the hunt for the NFC West as well as the NFC overall.

8. Patriots

Ever since the Patriots beat the Bills Drake Maye has been playing like prime Josh Allen. Drake Maye is breaking out as maybe the second best QB in his class. He had just one incompletion in the Patriots win over the Titans. The Patriots are back.

7. Rams

Rams got it done against the Jaguars knocking them off the power rankings and almost shutting them out. The Rams continue to show they are contenders.

6.49ers

The 49ers rose to the occasion again beating the Falcons in primetime. Christian McCaffery has been playing out of his mind and the 49ers as a whole are trending towards healthy. Even with all their injuries 49ers have only lost twice if they get healthy who knows how far they could go?

5. Eagles

The Eagles shut a lot of people up when they dominated the Vikings. Carson Wentz wanted his revenge on the Eagles but instead he just provided a get right game fo the defense. But it wasn't just defense. Jalen hurts became the first player to throw for for 325+ yards on 25 attempts or fewer without an interception since Drew Brees in 2009. Eagles getting a win and shutting all their critics up.

4. Broncos

Broncos pull out another last second win and this may not be luck it might just be who the Broncos are. If the broncos can keep games close they can beat anyone. They are first in the AFC west they have reall turned things around.

3. Bucs

The Bucs fall from number one after a tough loss to the Lions. However the Bucs have so many injuries that it's hard to count them out. As soon as they get healthy they will be right back on top.

2. Lions

Lions demonstrated that their defense is legit giving Baker fits throughout the night. This is a new aspect of the Lions and if they can keep it up they just may finally make the Super Bowl.

1. Colts

Threw 7 weeks there have been six teams to reach number one on the power rankings. The Colts have been on the power rankings every single week with their lowest position being 7 and their highest is now one. The Colts outlasted the other teams so far and they now have the best reecord in the NFL.

MVP

Bo Nix

The Broncos were dead in the water untl Bo nix did the unthinkable and led his team to score 33 points in the 4th quater against the Giants leading to a game winning field goal. Incredible comeback by Bo nix.

Game of the Week

Steelers vs. Bengals

The Bengals and Steelers started the week off right with a 300+ yard multiple Td game from both qbs. Joe Flacco did the unthinkable and beat the Steelers as a huge upset after barely any practice time with the Bengals.

Play of the Week

Who needs QBs

Judkins didn't need Gabriel he was a one man army against the Dolphins. He had the best play of the week when he went to hand of the ball off in the wildcat but there was nobody there and he had to keep bouncing off two defenders to get the points anyway.

Narrative Changers

Colts

Nobody wanted to believe the Colts were real. Everyone has waited for their bubble to burst. But we are approaching the halfway point of the season and they have the best record in the league. The Colts have proved themselves.
